"St. Clement of Ohrid" University of Sofia, Faculty of Law, graduated in 1985 with gold medal for Achievements and Excellency award.

February 1989 - Director of the First non-governmental Law office, co-founded with the Municipality of Sofia for Commercial Law legal services. 1990 - Included in the lists of the USA and British Embassies as recommended legal counsel. Till the end of 1991 - incorporation of the first Bulgarian and foreign private companies - around 1100 entities. Providing legal services predominantly for commercial companies. The Legal office was awarded in 1992 the "European Award for Corporate Excellency".

March 1992 - opened a private legal office on "Moskovska" 21, Sofia, specialized in foreign investments, commercial Law, acquisitions and privatization. Recommended by the Spanish, French, UK and US Embassies as legal consultant. Acting since 1994 as lawyer of the Embassy of the South African Republic.

Barrister, member of Sofia Bar, fluent in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian.

Providing legal services predominantly to foreign companies: TISSEN, GLAXO, COLGATE, DANFOSS, IKEA (Group of companies), ALSTOM, Electricité de France, YTONG - XELLA, MECAMIDI S/A, BELVEDERE S/A France, clients from the USA, some of which public companies, quoted on the NY stock exchange. Acting as advising lawyer in neighboring countries.

Has carried out all privatization deals for IKEA in Bulgaria and currently acts as legal counsel for its activities in the country.

 - "NOVOTEL" Sofia - privatization deal 1996 - representing British investors;
 - "Grand Hotel Sofia" privatization deal - representing US Publicly quoted company - "Basic Capital Management". After the acquisition and renovation the hotel was renamed to "RADISSON" SAS.
 - Powers of Attorney from DAEWOO for the sale of "Interpred" Conference Center and "Sheraton" Sofia hotel;
 - Electricite de France (EDF) - first privatizations in the Energy sector - acquired from the state two of the biggest HPP in South Bulgaria "Pirinska Bistritza" cascade;
 - 2002 - Sole legal advisor on the purchase from the state of "Incoms Telecom Holding" - the Bulgarian telecommunication industry group of companies. After the successful privatization personally negotiated with the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance the payment of the deal by clearing Bulgarian state debt towards the Spanish Export Agency - CESCE;
 - Electricite de France (EDF) - carried out on their behalf the acquisition deal mid 2002 of "ISKAR" cascade, comprising two HPP near the capital Sofia;
 - Representing "Associated Managers" LTD UK in their sale to Cereol and Uniliver of the biggest sunflower seed oil refinery in Bulgaria;
 - Legal counsel to US "BCM", Public company on the privatization deal for "ADIS" (Agency for Diplomatic Real Estate in Bulgaria);
 - Acting for YTONG (now XELLA) formerly Swedish now German group of companies for the acquisition of a second production facility in Bulgaria, The deal was closed late 2004;
 - Tender procedure for Wind Electricity Production Farms - empowered lawyer form Electricite de France "(EDF) Energies Nouvelle". Acting as legal advisor on the project development and implementation.
 - MECAMIDI S/A France - legal advisor on their investment activities Bulgaria and Turkey in the realm of Renewable Energy Sources.
 - 2007 acting lawyer for "Fantini Scianatico" - Italy on the acquisition of the largest ceramics factory in Bulgaria - "Mizia".
 - 2009 - Mediation and legal support in the acquisition by COSMOTE Bulgaria (OTE - Greece) and US investors for the acquisition of a national fiber-optic telecommunication network.
 - 2011 - Legal evaluation and support on BELVEDERE S/A & EBRD investment in Bulgaria.
 - 2014 - Representation of foreign investors on the project for renovation of Skadarska - old town Belgrade;
